The Mummy

Again, used a Bernie Wrightson drawing as inspiration, then took it my own way from there.  Pen and acrylic ink on watercolour paper.

The Wolfman

Tried a block of Arches hot press paper, enjoyed it :)  Pen and acrylic ink.

High Society Frankenstein

After the tragic death of his creator, The Monster took on the name of Prometheus A. Frankenstein, and soon found acceptance amongst British high society. His dangerous brutish looks, tall tales of adventure and philisophical musings on the nature of man and progress made him a favourite at parties  and social events of the day.

Helena

I swear, this character doesn't really do much of importance, but all the humans in this play seem to do a lot of sleeping...

Woonnnnnnnnnnnder Woman!... Lineart

Tried I different style for her... Just traditional inking for now.

Aphrodite... I know I know, wrong woman!

Wonder woman is on her way, but a few days ago I was loosely painting, and it looked like a woman in water, so heck, I decided to make her Aphrodite.

(Acrylic paint and India Ink)

Nananananananananananananana...

Well, ok, that opening was a little old school compared to the version I picked, but I just wanted to type that out as my title =P Anyways, I remember I watched Batman Beyond here and there when I was little... but not much else =<  I like his design because he's so pointy, but I made him somewhat less pointy here, hope it's still alright!

(Inked traditionally with pen and brush, coloured digitally)

Sam and Frodo on Mt. Doom

Acrylic ink on watercolour paper.

sketch o' gollum - and first post

Sketch of gollum!

He is supposed to be eating a hare but I wanted to focus on his face and didn't have a lot of time to work on it, so I kinda scribbled that bit. (or rabbit... as i was was drawing my boyfriend kept saying " ya looks good. Except the hare." but I kept hearing "hair" ... confusion. In any case you didn't really need to know this, but I thought I would tell you anyways.)

I am ashamed to say that this is my first post. But never fear!! I shall now actually follow this blog best I can!!
